Ashley Graham was born on November 22, 1989 in Lincoln Nebraska. The twin sisters raised together, and she often faced bullying in school because of the dimensions of her legs. The attention deficit disorder of Graham was first diagnosed shortly after finishing the elementary school. Graham was diagnosed with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (A.D.H.D.) just a few days after finishing primary school. Graham's talent was discovered when she was 12 by a representative when she was out going shopping in Nebraska. In 2007 she was interviewed by Sally Singer of "Vogue" magazine, which gave her one of her first big break-throughs. Following that, in 2009, Graham appeared in "Glamour's" "These Bodies Are Beautiful At Any Size". Graham was in the news again after she was featured in a commercial for Lane Bryant that ended up being barred from several nations. The ad received over 800,000 hits before it was taken down. The controversy grew to the point that Graham appeared with Jay Leno on "The Tonight Show." The sitcom was cancelled in 2013 and she appeared on the spinoff show, Sam & Cat.
